Centercorp has recently expanded and diversified our portfolio to include several mixed-use and multi-family properties with a concentration in the Sunbelt states.  We now have a presence in cities such as Charleston, Savannah, Nashville, and Ft. Worth and are strategically acquiring more properties in these warm climate states with high growth and lower cost of living. ​
